Every person waiting in line for a service wants to have a better experience. The goal of determining the best solution for waiting lines is to estimate the number of potential users that can fit into the process of a service system at any given time. The project examined the shortfalls of traditional and current approaches to queue management, studied the types and applications of various queue management systems, and finally formulated a general approach and methodology to design and develop the virtual queue management system. This books cover a fully developed system that handles queue management and allows users to enter and leave queues without being physically in line.
In this system, there is presented a new class of hybrid AHt-MPSoC architecture in which hardware accelerators are shared between processors in such a way that to reduce system cost and increase performance. A novel hybrid memory scheme is proposed by this scheme is assessed through extensive simulation to show significant improvements in performance. Hybrid Asymmetric heterogeneous MPSoC architecture consists of a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) and an embedded Dynamic Random Access Memory (eDRAM) cell in association to Hardware Accelerator (HWA) shared methodology to determine the common computational tasks in between the concurrent tasks of application. An experimental result shows that the proposed hybrid AHt-MPSoC system power consumption reduced from the existing system and their area/performance tradeoffs evaluated very quickly.
The process of eliciting, discovering, and developing of the requirements is defined as requirement engineering that these processes provide the suitable procedure for software system to meet its aim and objectives. This book put more efforts on requirement engineering approaches to formulate requirement engineering techniques to increase the productivity of mobile application. Furthermore this book could assist the researcher to provide better understanding of requirement engineering tools and techniques selection by presenting the requirement engineering model as a guideline.

In the health area, management is critical to the financial stability of the institutions and the documentary process improvements of the patient and the organization. To achieve these goals, the indicators are important elements which, in a health institution, begin to point positive evidence on the use of document management and process automation through Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in the system e-Health. Currently, in the global information society, to understand the management and the responsible and efficient use of Information Systems (SIs) is a necessity for managers and other workers knowledge. Like any other organization, in a hospital both Information Technology (IT) as SIs permeate the various hierarchical and functional levels.
Malware cases are increasing both in numbers and fatality. Hackers design malware to compromise systems security mostly confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Malware elimination techniques exist but the malware must be detected first. Malware detection techniques still have weaknesses of high false positive/negatives rates. The emergency of polymorphic malware has made the situation worse. Recent studies have shown data mining to be promising in identifying malware by analyzing API calls. However, in this approach, a file is detected as malicious or not. It is not classified on to which malware class it belongs. This makes its elimination harder as elimination schemes are mostly class based. Classification as a post detection process is important if the malware is to be eliminated from the system. We experiment on the use of data mining approach to classify malware using 4-gram API system calls. We use Windows Portable Executables (PE) with their corresponding API calls. Using the Cuckoo sandbox. Relevant 4-gram API call features are extracted using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency(TF-IDF). Machine Learning algorithms are then applied to classify the malware.
The implementation of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) in the government of Timor-Leste was at a cross-road. The ICT planners implemented a variety of ICT systems across the country based on many different frameworks that have been adopted during the first decade of development. The government of Timor-Leste needs to collectively improve the ICT systems in order to be more secure and cost-effective. The proposed modern framework will help the government institutions to implement ICT with a high Return of Investment (ROI). The designed modern framework provides a flowchart and hypothesis questions as either a basis for the evaluation and validation of the existing Information and Technology (IT) system or the construction of a new IT system that is secure, in line with business requirements, open standard, cross-platform, meets regulations, has social capabilities, workflow, and a high ROI. A Lotus Domino single directory provides a central point of contact which would enable the connection, communication, coordination and collaboration (4 Cs) within the government of Timor-Leste, the communities in Timor-Leste, and the rest of the world.
